I don’t know anything about you and I don’t know the reason which drove you to browse through my web-site – but seeing that you are reading up us – I would like to let you know, the real reason which drove me to write these lines.
In 1998, when I planned the marketing strategy of my company, I made sure that the company was kept aware of the current requirements of potential customers through regular market research. At the annual international tourist exhibitions, I made a particular effort to visit the stands of each of my main rivals to try to learn as much as possible about their future plans before starting to formulate my own.
My personal experience proves that just a long hours spent finding out more information about what potential customers think of existing tourist supply or what competitors are up to, could lead us a marked improvement in our business idea.
I also discussed my ideas with a number of my friends who know their homeland intimately and who are skilled in their fields. They are now became the current selected members of our team. Easy Sicily, though it employs a large number of people, is a sole trader and it is owned just by me.
This has proven to be the most successful decision I ever made!
The main advantage of this choice, at first, have allowed us to cover in a reasonable time the start-up costs and now this allows us we can provide much greater range of skills than a sole trader bringing down the costs we currently meet in the course of day-to-day process of our producing services.
At beginning of 2001, when I established this firm, even if I was enough confident, I was conscious that I had to take some time before my dream could be true and I didn’t immediately expect a so great success.
I love this job so much I could do that as a hobby activity. I think that when somebody has a passion and it coincides with his own job, fortune smiled on him.
