The delivery and the resumption (delivery and collection) could be carried out in whichever place, day, (festive) and to whichever timetable, paying a supplement that varies based on the delivery place.
AUTHORISATION TO DRIVE
By law, all drivers must be recorded on the hire agreement in order to be eligible for insurance coverage. Additional drivers can be included in the agreement for any one car (however, the number of drivers recorded must not exceed the number of people that the car can officially seat.
FUEL SERVICE
The Alfa Service car must be returned with a full fuel tank; otherwise you will be charged for the amount of additional fuel needed, plus a further fixed "refuelling service" charge. OTHER CONDITIONS
The minimum age for car hire in Italy is 21, except for certain special categories to be checked at the moment of booking.
The driver must be the holder of a valid driving licence and must have been authorised to drive for at least one year prior to the moment of hire.
Minimum duration of car hire is 24 hours.
The car hire service includes: oil, maintenance and assistance.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- ALFASERVICE S.r.l. (LESSOR) rents to the CLIENT the vehicle specified on front page in good condition and equipped with a spare tyre, the usual tools , the emergency insurance policy and eventually other accessories shown on front page. The CLIENT by taken possession knows and accepts the good condition of the rented vehicle for its intended use.
- CLIENT shall return the vehicle on or before the date specified on front page in the same condition as received and with the same equipment, allowing for normal wear and tear if, the vehicle is not returned on such date, LESSOR shall have the right to takes it away from CLIENT in any way even against CLIENT's will as He acknowledges that he doees not own the vehicle and to use it the way agreed.
- If, payment is not received within established period, LESSOR, is authorized to charge an additional increase of 4 point at the official annual interest rate to the remain sum due by the CLIENT. CLIENT will drive, keep and guard the rented vehicle in conformity with the road rules and laws.
- CLIENT will not allow any person to drive the vehicle who is under 21 years old or without a valid driving licenze. CLIENT will not use or drive the vehicle: a) for hire ; b) under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics; c) to push or tow other vehicles; d) to race or sped test or illegal purpose. CLIENT shall be responsible for all fines and legal costs incurred as consequence of his violations to the traffic laws or regulations.
- LESSOR will provide by a normal insurance policy to pay, throught the insurer, a maximum sum of euro 774.685,348 for any one accident suffered by persons, animals or made to third property. Such policy does not provide cover for damage suffered by the driver, animals or goods carried in the vehicle, it does provide cover for the drivers's liability towars passengers that are not member of the driver family.
- By initialling the P.A.I. ( Personal Accident Insurance) box on front page Client will take advantage of a special insurance policy for damages suffered by himself and/or member of his family as specified in the policy whose clauses; and conditions Client declares to accept and respect.
- In case of an accident Client shall: call immadiately and inform LESSOR's instructions, take note of the name and address of the parties involved in the accident, not admit his bring to the LESSOR a detailed report within 24 hours using the form nearby the car documents. In case of main accident inform the nearest Police authority.
- In case of partial theft of the vehicle the CLIENT shall notify in writing the Police authority and delivery an authenticated copy of registered notification to the LESSOR the original keys of the vehicles rented. If, the CLIENT does not return the keys the lessor shall have the right to demand the payement of a sum equal to 150 days of rental free. CLIENT accepts, on demand of the LESSOR, to pay the above mentioned sum
- LESSOR shall not be liable to CLIENT or to any other person for damage of any sort caused to them or to their property because of mechanical faults of the vehicle, breakdowns, road accidents, fire, riots, earthquakes, wars or Acts of God. Lessor shall not be liable for any property left in the vehicle at the end or rental period.
- No modifications to these general conditions shall be valid without LESSOR's agreed in writing.
- In case of any dispute the italian version of the above general condition will prevail on the English one.
- In the event of any legal action connected with this contract it will, only, brought in the proper Court sitting in Catania.
